A fatwa translated into English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjid (may Allah preserve him) refutes the claims that Sh. Muhammad ibn Abdulwahhab (may Allah have mercy on him) rebelled against the Ottoman Caliph, proves that the Najd region was not under Ottoman sovereignty, and shows that the Sheikh believed in the obligation of loyalty to the ruler of Muslims.
