Therefore, many scholars praised it among them are Imam Nawawi who said " the nation agreed unanimously that no book was composed as great as Tafsir al-Tabari", Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah who said " Tafsir al-Tabari is the most correct books of Tafsir", and Abu Mohammed al-Farghany who said " the interpretation of the Quran has been completed with the composition of Tafsir al-Tabari. Using this book, A scholar can compose ten books on ten branches of knowledge.
