Beauties and Merits of Islam

A lecture delivered in Arabic at the Prophetic Mosque at the presence of the Moroccan King Muhammad, the fifth. It is later translated to be in Uzbek book. The lecturer explained the Quranic verse, "This day those who disbelieve have despaired of [defeating] your religion; so fear them not, but fear Me. This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion." He confirmed that Islam completely and perfectly dealt with all matters that humankind concerns. Afterward, he discussed some topics as Islamic monotheism, righteous vs. bad acts, Muslim society, and the problem of Muslims' weakness.

He also mentions the factors which increase one’s belief and help the Muslim to abide by Allah’s commands. He refers to the obstacles (e.g. lust, misconception, and ignorance) in the path of the Muslims that prevent him from continuing his way to Allah. He also shows the prerequisites of sincere repentance which is between the person and his God without a mediator. Finally, he gives a word for the new Muslim.

A book in English in which the author relates the journey and story of a priest and how he embraced Islam. The priest said in the beginning, "I was born to staunch Catholic Christian parents. Even from my youngest days, my father sometimes took me along with him when he went to preach, it was quite obvious that he wanted me to succeed him in his profession. By the time I reached grade twelve, I could preach the Gospels in my own way. In college, I often met my Protestant classmates and discussed the differences in our faiths and the performance of rituals.
