A fatwa translated into English which was answered by Sh. Saleh al-Fawzan. It says, "If Eid al-Fitr coincides with Friday, is it permissible for me to pray the Eid prayer and not to pray Jumu’ah or vice versa?"

Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, "The wives of the holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed Hajj many times after his death. Can this be taken as a daleel that a woman may perform Hajj without a mahram but with a group of women who have their Mahrams with them."

Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, "I would like to become a Muslim but how do I embrace Islam without being a part of a movement? I do realize all that is truly needed is to pronounce the shahada; but what about the Hajj? How do I participate in that if I do not have a signed document saying that I am a Muslim?"

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, "A woman says: I live in the Kingdom (of Saudi Arabia) because I work here. I went for Hajj last year, and there were with me two of my female colleagues, but there was no mahram with us. What is the ruling concerning that?"

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, "For how long is it is obligatory to stay in Mina after offering the sacrifice? There is a verse concerning that which says (interpretation of the meaning): “But whosoever hastens to leave in two days, there is no sin on him and whosoever stays on, there is no sin on him, if his aim is to do good and obey Allah (fear Him), and know that you will surely be gathered unto Him.” [al-Baqarah 2:203]

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, "I have enough money to perform Hajj, but I need it. Is it permissible for me to delay pilgrimage?"

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, "Will a person be rewarded if he combines three of the six days of Shawwal with the White Days (13,14,15 from every month)?

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, "Which is the beginning of the day? Is it fajr or magrib? Please tell me. Which is the middle prayer? If it is asr then, fajr is the beginning of the day. Please clarify me in detail from the Quran and the hadith."

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, "Before the Eid prayer, the people recite dhikr in unison. Is this an innovation or is it is prescribed in the Eid prayer? If that is regarded as an innovation, what should we do? Should we leave the prayer place until the prayer begins?”

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, “I was not able to pay zakat al-Fitr because I was busy. Should I pay it now? Or what should I do?”

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, “In some parts of the Scandinavian countries, the day may be much longer than the night, depending on the time of year. The night may be only three hours long, when the day is twenty-one hours. If it happens that Ramadan comes in the winter, the Muslims fast for only three hours, but if it happens that Ramadan comes in the summer, they do not fast because they are not able to, as the day is so long. Please tell us when we should have suhoor and iftaar, and on how many days of Ramadan we should fast.”

Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, “A man wanted to fast six days of Shawwal, and on one day he intended to fast but he broke his fast with no excuse, and he did not complete his fast. Does he have to make up this day after fasting six days of Shawwal, so then the number of days that he fasted will be seven, or should he just fast six days of Shawwal?”

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, “Is it permissible for me to offer Eid prayer at home because I cannot go to the mosque because of my health?”

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, “We are members of a North African group living in Barcelona. How can we work out how much zakat al-fitr is?”

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, “I would like to know the guidance of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) regarding Eid prayers.”

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, “I am a woman living in a foreign country. I am married and I have 7children. Every year I send zakah al-fitrah to my mother who lives in Morocco, and I am the one who is responsible for her maintenance. Is it permissible for me to give her this zakah or not?”

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, “Is the time for paying zakat al-fitr from after the prayer until the end of that day?”

Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, “If I stay in a city for a temporary period whilst travelling, is it better to offer the prayers in shortened form in my house or to offer them in complete form in congregation in the mosque?”

Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, “What is the correct Islamic procedure for a marriage ceremony, I mean if two Muslims are married (legally) without the presence of a religious "person" (like imam etc.), does that mean the marriage is non-existent in terms of Islam?”
